Managing Cancellations and Refunds
Your cancellation policy
When you set up your property, you choose a cancellation policy (e.g. free cancellation until a certain date, or non-refundable). This is shown to guests at booking and applies when they cancel. You can change the policy for future bookings in your settings.
Processing a cancellation
When a guest cancels, or you cancel a booking, open the booking in Travlyr and use the cancel option. You will see how much (if any) is refundable based on your policy and the timing. Confirm the cancellation and the guest is notified; the calendar is freed for new bookings.

Refunds and payouts
If a refund is due, it is processed via Stripe back to the original payment method. The time for the guest to see the refund depends on their bank. Your payout or balance in Stripe will reflect the refund accordingly.
