Managing Direct Bookings
How a direct booking is created
When a guest completes the form on your booking page and pays (if you use instant payment), a booking is created in Travlyr. You receive a notification and the booking appears in your dashboard with guest details, dates and payment status.
Tracking and confirming bookings
All direct bookings sit in one list. You can filter by date, status or property. Confirmations are sent automatically to the guest; you can also add a custom message. If you use manual approval, confirm or decline from the dashboard and the guest is notified.

Managing changes and cancellations
If a guest requests a date change or cancellation, handle it from the booking detail view. Adjust dates where availability allows, or process a cancellation according to your policy. Calendar and availability update automatically.
