Viewing and Managing Guest Details

Every booking in Travlyr has an associated guest record. Open the booking to see the guest’s name, email, phone (if provided) and any message they sent. This information is available for the duration of the booking and in your history.

Use guest details to send check-in instructions, coordinate arrival times or follow up after the stay. All messaging stays in the booking thread so you have a single place to refer back to.

• View contact details from the booking detail page
• Reply via the in-booking message thread
• Export or copy details if you need them elsewhere

Guest data is held in line with Travlyr’s privacy policy and applicable law. Use it only for managing the booking and the stay. Do not share it with third parties except where required (e.g. legal or safety reasons).
